Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
6 medium red potatoes, cubed. I like the Green Giant Klondike Rose potatoes, but any red potato should work well.1 Vegetable Bullion cube dissolved in water for boiling (enough to cover potatoes)4 tablespoons butter, melted1/3 cup sour cream3 cloves minced garlic4 TBS warm cream (milk will do)Seasons for taste
Directions
Boil potatoes until they are easily broken with a fork – about 20 minutes.
Drain and place in large bowl.
Mash the potatoes until most of the lumps are gone.
Stir in remaining ingredients and beat with a mixer until well-blended.
