Baja Fish Tacos

Ingredients
3/4 cup light sour cream1/4 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro1-2 tablespoons cumin, (to taste)1 pound cod or other white fish fillets2 tablespoons olive oil2 tablespoons lime juice1 cup shredded cabbage1 small chopped tomato3 scallions, chopped1/4 of an avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped1/2 small cucumber, peeled and choppedtaco sauce or hot sauce (optional)salt and pepper to taste12 small corn tortillas
Directions
COMBINE sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro and 1 tablespoon cumin in small bowl.
COMBINE cod, vegetable oil, lime juice and remaining cumin in medium bowl; pour into large skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
FILL taco shells with fish mixture. Top with cabbage, tomato, and other vegetables as well as sour cream mixture, lime juice, and taco sauce.
