Ingredients
Rice flour, white, 2.5 cup Granulated Sugar, 3TBSP Brown sugar (light), 3TBSP Honey, 2 tbsp xanthan gum, 3 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 6 tbsp Baking Powder, 3TBSP1 cup warm water
Directions
combine dry ingredients. mix honey into tap water, then mix into dry ingredients. roll out rounds on floured board. baste the top with olive oil, then place oil-side down in a skillet over med-low heat. roll out new round while this cooks, and oil the top of round before flipping.

Serving Size: makes 8 ~8" rounds
