Homemade Chocolate Banana Cake

Ingredients
3/4 c. shortening or substitute with Vegetable Oil (same amount)1 1/2 cups sugar2 eggs1/2 cups milk (1%)2 cups flour1/2 cup cocoa (6 tbsp.)- I use Nestle Nesquik Chocolate Flavor2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt2 tsp. vanilla2 Medium Sized Bananas Mashed
Directions
Mix ingredients and last of all add 1 cup boiling water. Pour batter into a greased and lightly floured cake pan (any size or shape).

Bake at 350°F until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean (approximately 30 minutes).
