Ingredients
* *Potato, raw, 5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * *Campbell's Tomato Soup, 2 cup (2 16oz.cans) * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels * Peas, frozen, 1 cup * Ground beef, lean, 4 oz * *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese,
Directions
Serves approx. 10

In a large casserole dish layer sliced potatoes, layer onions, dot on 1/2 of 16oz. can of tomato soup, layer chopped carrots, dot with 1/2 of 16oz. can of tomato soup, layer corn and peas, dot 1/2 of 2nd 16oz. can of tomato soup, add lean ground beef on top and dot with remaining tomato soup. Put in oven at 350º and cook for approx. 1 hour or until potatoes are soft...top with cheese and brown a bit..then serve. Enjoy.
