Baked Turkey Breast Culets in Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb Shady Brook Farms Turkey Breast Cutlets1 cup reduced fat Sour CreamOnion Soup mix (1 packet = 4 tbsp)1 cup nonfat milkmushrooms, zucchini, veggies to taste... I usually add a bit of fresh ground pepper.
Directions
Cut up turkey into 1 inch strips, place in the bottom of baking dish. Top with mushrooms, zucchini or any other veggie you desire.

Mix sour cream, milk and onion packet. Pour over turkey & veggies. Bake for 35 minutes. Afterwards, remove turkey and retain sauce. You can serve by itself for low carb, or serve turkey over rice or pasta. Cover with sauce and veggies.

    Sauce did not thicken. did I do something wrong? It was tast though. Next time I might try fat for cream of mushroom soup - 1/2/12

    I am going to have do this one again...I covered the pan this foil...bad idea! I also put sliced onions on it another bad idea. Too much juice and too much onion, but it has potential so I will tweek some things and do it again :) Also, the recipe doesn't say what temp to bake at. - 9/17/11

    I dont know if i would make this again. While the taste isnt bad (like stroganoff), i dont like how thin the sauce is personally--it would be easier just to make a gravy and add the sour cream, though that would take more time over the stove. Maybe i'll try it again-my 1 year old is a fan. - 3/13/11
