Ingredients
-Quaker Oats in Grams, 200 gram(s) -Muscle Milk 100% Whey, 13.14 serving -Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 16 oz -Honey, 61 grams -Naturally More Peanut Butter, 102 gram(s)-Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder, 30 gram(s) -Smucker's Sugar Free Red Raspberry Preserves, 150 gram(s) -Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 10 tbsp
Directions
Place all ingredients except flax seed in a large bowl. Mix with hands until all moistened. Put parchment paper on a medium sized sheet pan. Pour mixture into sheet pan (lined with parchment paper) and flatten out. Top with ground flax seed and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Cut into desired shaped bars and wrap in plastic wrap.
