Polish Sausage Corn Chowder

Ingredients
one medium onionone clove garlic2 cups canned or frozen cream corn5 ounces of turkey polish saugage4 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheeseone cup water or chicken broth
Directions
Spray a pot with Pam or other cooking spray. Saute onions & garlic. Brown the cut up polish sauage. Add the water & salt. Add the cut up potatoes in bite size pieces. Bring them to a slow boil & boil for 10 minutes. Add corn & reduce heat to a low simmer for 10 minutes. Add cream cheese right before serving & mix as it melts completely. This makes 6 one cup servings.
