Chicken Fried Veggies & Rice

Ingredients
3.5 cups cooked brown rice (cooked with the half cup of broth & 1 tsp. olive oil)16 oz bag frozen spinach (cooked & drained)1 large onion chopped1 bell pepper chopped1 carrot chopped1 skinless cooked chicken breast chopped1 tbls. olive oil2 large eggsseasoning to taste
Directions
1. Heat 1 tbls. olive oil in frying pan, saute all chopped veggies.
2. Add eggs and scramble with veggies.
3. Add chicken, rice and spinach, season to taste.
