Prehead oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour pan set aside.
Shift all dry ingredients together in a large bowl and set aside. Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl. Add wet to dry mix stir until batter is smooth. Will be a little wet. Pour into an 8 X 8 pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until cake tester comes out clean. Set on cooling rack. When cool you can dust with powder sugar or make a quick chocolate glaze from chocolate chips heated on low and diluted with a tablespoon or two of left over coffee.
