2 cups old fashioned oats2 cups pumpkin puree1/2 cup honey melted2 tbsp flax meal w 1/3 cup water1/2 cup almond butter2 tsp vanilla1/2 cup chopped pecans3/4 cup pumpkin seeds1/2 cup sesame seeds3/4 cup sunflower seeds3/4 cup raisins1 cups dark chocolate mini chips1 cup coconut flakes unsweetened
Mix well. Line 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Press into pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack using parchment 'sling' to remove from pan. Cool further in fridge before cutting.
