Jess's Double Cheese Delight Pasta

Ingredients
6 oz. sirloin steak1/3 cup chopped onions1/2 cup diced red pepper1/2 cup chopped mushrooms1/2 cup celery1 large tomato, diced1 cup fresh spinach1/3 cup tomato sauce (low sodium)5 cups cooked bow tie pasta1 1/2 cup shredded light mozzarella cheddar mix2 Tbsp. light grated Parmesan cheese1/2 tsp. basil1 tsp. oregano1 tsp. minced garlic1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. sea saltDash pepper
Directions
Slice steak into small cubes and cook in pan with minced garlic over medium-low heat.
Add onion, celery, peppers and mushrooms. Cook until tender and steak is no longer pink.
Add spinach, diced tomato and spices. Cook over low heat.
Meanwhile cook the bow tie pasta according to package directions.
Sir together pasta and veggie/meat mixture and transfer to a casserole dish layering pasta mixture and cheese. Top with remaining cheese and Parmesan cheese and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Stir to mix cheese with pasta and serve.
