Chicken Pot Pie Stew

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless, 6 breastsCream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free) - ~52 ouncesChicken bouillion, 2 cubesBaby Carrots - 8-ounce packagePotatoes - 6 small (or 3 medium), quarteredCelery, 3 large stalks, slicedGarlic salt, 2 tspCelery salt, 1 tspBlack pepper, 1.5 tspPeas and carrots, frozen, 16 ounces
Directions
Place all ingredients except frozen veggies into crockpot. Cook on high for 5 hours. Shred/chop chicken and return to crock and add frozen veggies (can use any mixed veggies). Cook for one additional hour on high.
