Ingredients
Scramble the eggs, move into a big mixing bowl. Brown the Sausage then add to eggs in bowl. Chop Onion and saute it in a pan with the butter and L&P, then add to everything in the bowl. Finish by cooking potatoes and mix in the bowl with everything. Serving size is one cup.
