Tomato and Basil Soup (Superchef)

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive OilOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) choppedCarrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)Garlic Puree (Gia), 10 gram(s)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)Tinned tomatoes (Tesco Value), 1 servingVegetable Graules (Knorr), 1 tspWater, tap, 200 mLElmlea double cream (15ml), 2 servingBasil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Put the oil, onion, carrot, garlic, celery and tomatoes in the Superchef

Press the "Menu" button and select "Fry".
Press the "Food selection" and select "Vegetable"
Press "Cooking time" and select 6 minutes, press start

When complete add the stock

Set to boil for 20 mins, close lid and stir occasionally

3 mins before the end add the cream. When done, blend and add the chopped basil
