Tarragon Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless1 chicken thigh, boneless, skinless3 med stalks celery, diced1/2 medium onion finely diced ORTbls onion flakes, reconstituted3.4c Craisins4 Tblsp Light sour cream3/4c Duke's light mayo3 tblsp Tarragon, ground1 tsp lemon juice1/2 packet of Splendasalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Shred chicken in food processor until desired cosistency & add next three ingredients. Toss to mix.
Prepare dressing by mixing mayo, sour cream, tarragon, lemon juice, Splenda, salt & pepper.
Pour dressing over chicken mixture & mix thouroughly.
Refrigerate
