Gluten Free Apple Pie oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup quick cooking plain oatmeal1 egg1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla1/2 Delicious apple , grated
Directions
Beat egg, mix in oats, cinnamon, vanilla and grated apple. Blend well. Using a spoon, divide into four pancakes and drop on skillet spayed with oil spray.
