Ingredients
1 1/4 cup peanut butter1 cup honey3 scoops of pure protein - I like chocolate1 1/2 cup crushed bran flakes2 biscuits of shreaded wheat broken up2 tbsp flax meal1/4 cup textured soy protein chunks2 tbsp coconut
Directions
take the peanut butter and honey - heat in microwave until smooth and creamy. Add all of the remaining ingredients - stir until mixed. Press into a 9 by 7 pan and let cool. Enjoy!
