Beef and Veggie Spaghetti sauce

Ingredients
13 ounces very lean ground beef2 baby eggplants1 green zucchini1 yellow zucchini2 tsp coconut oil3 cloves of garlic1 medium yellow bell pepper3 servings of Muir Glen Organic tomato sauce Salt and black pepper to taste1 tbsp parsley flakes
Directions
Chop all veggies and saute in 2 tsp coconut oil. When veggies are soft and well cooked add lean beef. Cook until brown stirring often (medium heat). Once beef is brown, add tomato sauce, and spices of choice. Cook on a low simmer for about 30 additional minutes. The longer you cook, the better the taste!
