Ingredients
6 tbs Ginger Oil1 tbs Seasoning Sauce4 tbs Sweet Chili Sauce2 tbs pear vinegar2 tbs low sodium soy sauce2 tbs worchestshire2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp Splenda1 tsp cumin powder1 tsp coriander powder1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp dried oreganotap water (about 1-1.5 ounces) - reserve 1 oz of water to rinse out the marinade container8 (4 oz) pork tenderloins
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (bake).

Combine all ingredients (except pork tenderloins). I use a dressing shaker but you can also whisk ingredients in a deep bowl. Shake or whisk vigorously to ensure all ingredients are mixed together thoroughly.

Wash pork tenderloins and remove excess fat. Beat with a mallet until about 1/4" thin. Line a baking pan with tin foil or baking paper and set the 8 tenderloins in the pan. Cover the pork with the marinade (use 1 oz of water to rinse out the marinade container and pour over the pork).

Place the pan in the pre-heated oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Take the pan out of the oven, turn the pork loins, return pan to oven and bake an additional 10-12 minutes.
