Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 8 oz *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 2 tspBeans, black, 1.5 cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded Sour cream, reduced fat, 10 grams Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Sweet Corn, Fresh, 340.1 grams
Directions
Brown ground beef.
Add seasoning mix, corn,and beans.
Simmer for approximately 10 - 15 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over the top of the mixture and allow to melt.
Serve in about 1/2 cup portion with a tbsp of sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and approximately 6 large tortilla chips crushed over the top.

    I took tortillas toasted them into a shell shape then served the taco mix into the shell also used plain Greek yogurt for the sour cream family loved it - 8/27/19
