Laughing Cow & Roasted Veggie Pasta

Ingredients
1 Zucchini, sliced1/2 C roughly chopped onion3 cloves garlic, minced1 large bell pepper, roughly chopped1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive OilSalt & Pepper4 oz Barilla, WW Thin Spaghetti4 Wedges Laughing Cow Light Mozza-Sundried Tomato & Basil2 Al Fresco Chicken Sausage, Sweet Italian
Directions
Toss all veggies with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Meanwhile, boil pasta for 6 minutes for al dente. When veggies come out of the oven, broil the sausages for 7-10 minutes. Mix cooked pasta and veggies - stir in the laughing cow cheese until melted. Slice sausages and add on top of pasta. Serves 2.
