Quinoa, Chia, Wild Rice and Veggies

Ingredients
Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.25 cupChia seed, 0.25 cup*Lundberg Wild Blend Brown Rice-1/2 cup cooked(1/4 dry), 2 servingOnions, raw, 3 tbsp choppedGarlic, 2 clovesOlive Oil, 1 tbspCelery, cooked, .25 cup, dicedCarrots, cooked, 0.25 cup slicesCabbage, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped*Ground tumeric, .25 tbspGinger, ground, .5 tbsp*cinnimon, ground, .5 tspSwanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup
Directions
boil broth, quinao, chia and rice for 5 minutle then remove from the heat covered. Stir in spices.
Saute veggies in oil
mix with quinao chia and rice

    Very good though did have to substitute Uncle Ben's for the Lundberg Wild Blend Brown Rice as couldn't find that brand. Next time will double as it is 4 small servings. - 1/24/18
