Apple Crisp

Ingredients
4 Apples sliced (with or without skin)1/4 C Apple Juice1 tsp Cinnamon1/4 C Brown Sugar2 tbsp Light Margarine1/2 C Quick Oats
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Put sliced apples, 1/8 cup brown sugar, and apple juice in sauce pan and cook over Med/High heat for 10 min.
In separate bowl combine remaining brown sugar, margarine, and quick oats.
Place contents of sauce pan in a small baking dish or pie pan
Sprinkle Oat mixture on top
Cook 40 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream (not figured into the nutitional info)
