Directions
Heat oven to 425 Degrees. Divide and spread canola oil between two flat cooking trays. Cut all potatoes into small wedges and line trays in a flay layer. Sprinkle with Garlic & Onion Powder, then Salt & Pepper. Bake for 25minutes or until done to desired chrispiness.
