Spicy Smoked Turkey Chili

Ingredients
2 cups 16-bean dried bean mix1 medium red/white onion6 jalapenos, fresh4 cloves fresh garlic3 carrots, chopped2 bay leaves1 bunch fresh cilantro2 smoked turkey legs1 can diced tomatoes, no-saltsour cream, light/fat free6-8 cups water
Directions
keeping the smoked turkey legs whole, place all other ingredients in the low-cooker, minus the cilantro, diced tomatoes and sour cream and let cook on low for 8 hours, 5 if you cook on high. at the end of the cooking time, remove the turkey legs and shred the meat and place back in the slow-cooker. chop up desired amount of cilantro, add diced tomatoes and return to slow cooker. Let cook another few minutes to incorporate flavors. Season with pepper to taste. Serve into bowls, add some fresh cilantro and sour cream. Enjoy!!
