Yogurt Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup white all purpose flour1 cup whole wheat flour2 cup wheat bran1/4 cup white Splenda4 tsp baking powder2 tsp baking soda1/4 cup olive oil1/2 cup molasses1 egg650 gram Danone Silhouette fat free-sugar free yoghurt(any flavor you want)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together thoroughly. Make hole in centre. Add wet ingredients. Blend the wet together and then stir into dry ingredients just until all mixed.
Bake 350F for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 23 if using 1/4 cup batter or makes 29 if using 3 tbsp batter
