Crock Pot Chicken and Zucchini

Ingredients
4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 tsp seasoned salt1/3 cup flour1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper3 tbsp parmesan cheese1/2 tsp paprika2 cups thinly sliced zucchini (or 2 whole zucchinis)1 cup chicken broth1 cup chopped mushrooms
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt. Combine flour, salt, pepper, cheese and paprika; coat chicken with mixture. Place zucchini slices in bottom of crock pot. Pour broth over zucchini. Arrange coated chicken pieces on top. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender. Add mushrooms and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.
