1 spray cooking spray2/3 cup all purpose flour1 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup sugar(instead I use 1/4 cup plus 2 TBSP of Splenda Sugar Blend)3 TBSP of Canola Oil (Instead I use 3 TBSP of unsweetened applesauce)1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp table salt1/2 cup fat free egg substitute3 medium bananas, ripe, peeled and mashed1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Supposed to mix the dry ingredients and then slowly mix into the wet (first mix the oil and sugar), but I throw everything in the kitchen aid mixer including the whole bananas and it seems to work fine. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
