Crock Pot Chicken and Noodles with Veggies

Ingredients
1.5 lbs of chicken breast3 cans of chicken broth2 cans of cream of chicken soup1 can of cream of mushroom soup1 bag of frozen mixed veggies1 box of noodles You can mix and match the cream soups, also you can use low sodium or lower fat then I used. I like penne pasta but any kind of smaller noodle will work.
Directions
Put chicken in bottom of crockpot
Fill with chicken broth, and soup

Let cook on low for 7-8 hrs, can cook on high in half time
An hour before serving add noodles and veggies.

Serving Size: Makes a full crock pot probably 20 half cups
