- Egg, fresh, 1 small - Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 0.42 cup - Milk, nonfat, 1 cup- SV L�tta Mini 28%, 3 tbsp / or anything else you use for frying
- pour milk & egg into the bowl, add flour, mix them together for 1-2 minutes
- put 1 tbsp of L�tta on the hot frying pan, let it melt
- pour 1/4th of the pancake-fluid on the frying pan, fry until it's gold-ish
ready! :)
