Ingredients
1- 10.3oz box rice a roni (Chicken flavor)14- Slices American cheese (Cubed for easy melting)14- Large eggs whipped1.5C- Cubed Ham
Directions
Prepare rice a roni as box instructs. when rice has a little no water left add eggs and ham. stir to scramble until eggs are just about fully cooked. Now add cubed cheese and stir to mix cheese and finish cooking eggs. Don't fully melt and mix cheese with eggs, this will give you some melted cheese and some cheese cubes when eating. Enjoy
