Ingredients
(3 Cups) Bob's Red Mill Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix(3 Large) Eggs(3 Tablespoons) Olive Oil(2 1/4 Cups) Nonfat Milk(1/2 Cup) Oats(2 Teaspoons) Almond Extract(2 Teaspoons) Vanilla Extract(1 Tablespoon) Cinnamon Pinch of Salt
Directions
1. Combine pancake mix, eggs, oil, and milk in a large bowl.

2. Mix in the vanilla extract, almond extract, cinnamon, and oats.

3. Cook the pancakes on medium heat until a toothpick can cleanly go through the pancakes with no mix left behind on it.

4. Serve and enjoy!
