Amber's Brussell Sprouts

Ingredients
3 cups raw brussell sprouts, cut into fours1 red onion, diced3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. I use the light version.salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. I also use a seasoning called Slap Ya Mamma that is also very good with this instead of the red pepper flakes.
Directions
On Med-high heat brown brussell sprouts in skillet. You want to have enough olive oil to get all the brussle sprouts wet. Once starting to brown on one side add the red onion and cook down till the onions are soft. The brussell sprouts should be brown on most sides and falling apart at this point. Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
