Kale - approx 2 - 3 leaves (stems removed)1/2 seedless (English) cucumber or more1/2 lemon, juicedginger root - approx 1" piece, peeledapple - 1/2 - 1 wholecelery - 1 rib
Directions
Blend all in blender. Strain or drink with pulp. Or use juicer. Best chilled. May adjust ingredients to taste
