Ingredients
egg white, fresh, 2 large Egg, fresh, 1 large Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 oz Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage, 50 grams (or meat of choice)
Directions
Pam spray a non-stick cooking pan and saute meat until carmelized and crispy. Beat egg and whites together, add salt and pepper, then cheeses. Beat well and pour over carmelized meat...enjoy!
