Tuna with Jicama

Ingredients
1 can albacore tuna-drained of liquid1/2 cup of diced dill pickles1/2 cup of diced cucumber with peel-as finely chopped as you like 1/2 cup Jicama (yambean) chopped1-2 green onions finedly diced1/2 to 1 Jalapeno pepper- can be omitted2 tbsp of Hellman's light mayonaise2 tbsp of McCormick light chipotle mayonaise- or any other brand
Directions
1. break up the tuna to small pieces
2. Add all other ingredients and stir until every ingredient is evenly mixed
3. Serve over green salad with crackers or toast or make a sandwhich with tomatoes and avocado
