Turkey & Black Bean Breakfast Burrito

1.25 lb lean ground turkey breast1.5 cups canned black beans.5 cup green bell pepper, diced.5 cup red bell pepper, diced1 egg1 egg white1 tsp. chili powder1.25 tsp. garlic powder1.25 tsp onion powder1.25 tsp. paprika1 tsp. salt, if desired (nutritional info includes salt).5 tsp. black pepper
Mix all seasonings into turkey breast well. Add egg, egg white & applesauce, and mix well. Refrigerate 15 minutes (you can leave it overnight). Spray the pan, add turkey mix, brown it and crumble with spoon/spatula. Add diced bell peppers and saute for another 5minutes, continuously breaking the turkey up into smaller crumbles. Drain/rinse beans, and add to pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
