Ingredients
4 cups Potatoes, cooked & diced1/4 lb Ground Beef, lean 2 cups Green Beans, cooked1/2 cup 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup1/4 cup Onions, diced2 cloves Garlic, crushedBlack Pepper to taste2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Directions
Saute onions & garlic in olive oil until tender. Mix together potatoes, meat, green beans & soup together; add to onions; season with pepper. Cook in a large skillet on med/high heat until potatoes are brown.
