*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 25 oz (remove) Onions, raw, 1 large (remove) Garlic, 3 clove (remove) Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove) Paprika, 1 tsp (remove) *Ground Cayanne Pepper, 0.1 tsp (remove) Curry powder, 5 tbsp (remove) *Coconut Milk, 1.7 cup (remove) Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 8 oz (remove)
Saute onions, garlic, tomatoes and red pepper in olive oil. Add chicken cut into pieces. Saute until cooked through. Add spices and stir. Add coconut milk and yogurt. Stir and cook on low for 20 minutes.
