Sweet Ginger Baked Oatmeal (vegan, single serving)

1/4 cup rolled oats2 tbsp fiber one original cereal1 tbsp vanilla sun warrior rice protein powder (raw)1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin1/4 cup water (or nondairy milk of choice)1/4 tsp + extra gingera few shakes cinnamon2 packets stevia1/4 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a small bowl combine all ingredients and stir well to mix.
