Cucumber Spread

4 tbsp. light cream cheese1/2 med. cucumber2 tbsp. chopped vidalia onionsaltpepper
Directions
Dice the onion and cucumber. Mix the diced onion and cucumber with the cream cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
