Pizza Crust Dough for 14" Pizza1/2 cup Pizza Sauce10 slices bacon, cooked2 cups mushrooms pieces12 oz. part skim mozzarella, shredded
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Stretch pizza crust dough over 14" pizza stone. Put 1/2 cup pizza sauce on top and spread out leaving about 1/2 inch crust. showing. Top with shredded mozzarella. Break cooked bacon into pieces lay on top of cheese along with mushrooms pieces.
Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned and bubbly and the crust is golden.
Makes 8 generous slices.
