Gluten free squash cakes

Ingredients
1 small yellow squash1 small zucchini1/2 large onion2 tablespoons Chia Seed Flour3 tablespoons Bisquick gluten free baking mix1 teaspoon baking powder2 tablespoons olive oinsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Shred onion, squash and zucchini Mix all ingredients except olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Do Not add any liquid. Heat non stick pan and put a little olive oil in. Cook like a pancake makes 8
