sirloin and vegetable curry

1.5 cups broccoli, chopped1.5 cups cauliflower, chopped1 cup onion, chopped.5 cup carrots, chopped.5 cup frozen peas8 oz. sirloin steak, cooked medium rare, sliced into bite-sized pieces.1tsp olive oil.5 cup curry sauce
Blanch broccoli and cauliflower for one minute in boiling water, drain.
Sautee onions and carrots in olive oil until onions are transparent. Add broccoli and cauliflower and cook on high heat, stirring frequently, until vegetables are done and have a little bit of brown.
Stir in curry sauce, beef and frozen peas over medium high heat until heated through. Serve over rice.
