Ingredients
Frozen hashed brown potatoes - 2lb. bagSour cream, fat free - 1 pintCream of chicken soup - 1 canShredded cheese, colby or cheddar - 2 cupsButter, melted - 1/2 cupOnion, raw or dried - 2 tbsp.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and mix all ingredients together. Transfer to greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Makes 6-8 servings.
