Spicy Spam Fried Rice

Ingredients
1/4 cup Red Onions2 oz Spam Hot & Spicy1 Extra Large Egg1/4 cup Nishiki White Rice1 tbsp Green Onions1 tbsp Cilantro1 tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Chopped up red onion, green onions & cilantro, cut Spam into cubes. Beat up one egg. When using leftover rice, loosen it before frying.

Heat up wok with oil. Sauteed the red onions & Spam till a little brown. Then add in egg. Give it a few quick stir and add in rice. Stir fry till egg is done. Garnish with green onions & cilantro.
