Tomato Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
4 Tomatoes (Roma)1 Cucumber1 Red Onion2 Tbsp. Olive Oli2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar1/4 cup Feta, crumbled (optional)
Directions
Cut tomato and cucumber into bite-sized chunks, and thinly slice red onion. Combine with olive oil, vinegar, and feta (opitonal). Let sit for at least 15 min. before serving.
