Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unitBeans, white, 1 cupYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cupTomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 servingWhite Rice, long grain, 1 cupOnion powder, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dashMilk, 1%, .5 cupGood Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 18 gram(s)
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken in bottom of pot.
Season with onion powder and black pepper.
Drain and add corn.
Drain and add white beans.
Add Italian Seasoning mix.
Add tomatoes.
Add milk.
Cover and set on Low.
Prior to serving, boil water and cook rice. Then break up chicken into smallish chunks. Add and mix in rice into the pot.
Serve.
