Simple Bean Burger

Ingredients
1 heaping tsp Garlic2 C low sodium kidney beans, rinsed and drained. 1/4 C sun flower seeds unsalted1/4 C onion chopped2 Tbsp Ketchup1/2 tsp chili powder
Directions
in a food processor, blend sunflower seeds, then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend or hand mash together. Lightly oil a baking pan with a paper towel and olive oil, place 4-6 "burgers" on the baking sheet, bake @ 350 for 25 min, flip, bake another 10 min.
